How it works

  • Disassemble the damaged oil drain screw and inspect the threads.
  • Choose a tap slightly larger than the original hole (e.g., M14 original -> use M15 tap).
  • Use a tap wrench to carefully enlarge the hole along the thread path.
  • Fit a new drain plug with a washer and tighten to seal securely.
