Return authorisation required: Please email us before sending a return. Include your order number so we can approve the return and share the correct instructions.

Damages & Issues (Wrong / Faulty / Damaged Items)

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Email plentytorque@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • a short description of the issue

  • photos of the item and packaging

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • custom or personalised products (where applicable)

  • gift cards

  • sale items (unless faulty)

If you have questions about whether your item is eligible, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (once approved), then place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

This section applies only to orders shipped into the European Union.
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them—unused, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at plentytorque@gmail.com.
