After dispatch, estimated delivery times within the UK are typically:

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Remote areas: delivery may take longer depending on location and carrier performance.

Please note that weather conditions, carrier delays and peak seasons may impact delivery speed.

If your order includes multiple items, please allow extra time for all packages to arrive.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. PlentyTorque is not responsible for:

  • delayed delivery due to incorrect addresses

  • parcels lost due to incomplete or invalid address details

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • photos of the package and damaged item(s)

Marked delivered but not received
If the carrier marks your order as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • check with neighbours or building reception

  • verify the shipping address in your confirmation email

  • contact the carrier for delivery details
