The HIAORS Aluminum Flywheel is designed to support a wide range of minibike and small-engine models, delivering a balance of strength and lightness. Its ultra-low drag design is intended to help airflow and cooling while maintaining momentum as the engine climbs toward higher RPMs, with performance potential up to 10,000 RPM. The result is a smoother power delivery and more responsive throttle behavior under load, paired with tuning options that can be explored through the included components.

Crafted from high-strength cast aluminum, the unit offers a durable yet lighter alternative to iron or plastic options. The center hub includes robust threaded holes to protect the keyway and maintain alignment during use. An 8-degree timing advance is built in, bringing ignition timing toward 32 degrees TDC and aligning with the tuning possibilities offered by the kit.

Notes on Use

Surface marks on the crank area after unpacking can occur due to integrated casting and balancing during production. These marks do not affect performance, and the flywheel is designed to balance engine power in operation. The unit is not compatible with Predator 212 Hemi variants.
