Durability and Materials

Connectors are molded from PA66 nylon for strength and water resistance, meeting UL94-V0 flame rating requirements. Note that a mild odor from flame retardants may be present — a normal characteristic of fire resistant plastics in some batches.

Terminals and Termination

JRready terminals are precision-made for reliability. Each terminal handles up to 13 A (MAX) and supports wire sizes 14–20 AWG. The terminals are tin bronze with a nickel plating to enhance solderability and reduce crimping resistance, giving you the option to crimp or solder as needed.
