xSEHNSUCHT Go Kart Clutch 3/4 Bore 10T with 420 Chain
Designed for minibikes and small go karts, this centrifugal clutch translates power from engines in the 2 to 6.5 horsepower range into smooth, predictable acceleration. It uses a 3/4 bore, a 10T drive, and a fixed chain pitch compatible with chains in the 40, 41 and 420 families. Note that it is not suitable for engines or generators requiring a 20 mm aperture.

Installation and break in
- Mount the clutch to the crankshaft with a bolt and washer.
- Before first use, apply a circle of lubricant above the snap ring and allow it to penetrate, then rotate freely to check clearance.
Break in and performance notes
To promote reliable engagement, perform a light break in with no load, then gradually apply load over several cycles, allowing cooling intervals between steps. This helps reduce slipping and wear as parts settle.
Real world use and fit
Ideal for rear wheel karts with tires up to 15 inches tall. A good choice for MB165 MB200 minibikes and Baja style builds seeking a simple power transfer solution.
