Materials and compatibility

Working time, cure, and strength

Working time is approximately 90 minutes at 77℉, with a clamp window of about 4 hours and a full cure around 24 hours at the same temperature. If you heat cure at 176℉, full cure can be accelerated to about 3 hours. After 7 days at room temperature, shear strength ranges around 15–25 MPa when fully cured, with a faster result possible via heat curing.

How to use

• Surface treatment: wipe the bonding surfaces free of rust, water, and oil; sand severely rusted areas as needed
• Equalize cartridge: extrude until equal amounts from both sides, then screw on the mixing nozzle and discard about 5 g
• Application: apply the mixed adhesive evenly, then align and join the parts
• Curing: allow the adhesive to cure for the specified time; note that ambient temperatures below 59℉ may extend cure times; heat cure at 176℉ for 3 hours can accelerate the process
