KLEAN-STRIP Aircraft Ultra Paint Remover – Fast, Visible Lift, 1 Quart

Powerful paint removal for automotive and metal refinishing

KLEAN-STRIP Aircraft Ultra Paint Remover delivers a patent-pending formulation that speeds up coating removal for shop-ready results. In practical use, many projects benefit from stripping coatings to bare metal in 30 minutes or less, helping you move from prep to primer with fewer interruptions.

One of the standout features is its visible lifting action. As the formula breaks down coatings, you can actually see progress on the surface, which reduces guesswork and enhances workflow planning. This real-time feedback is especially helpful when tackling stubborn layers or complex edge work around trim and contours.

Versatility across coatings and surfaces

Aircraft Ultra is designed to handle tough 2K automotive coatings, including epoxies and urethanes, making it a practical option for body shops and DIY projects alike. It performs on metal, fiberglass, and both flexible and rigid plastics, expanding its range beyond traditional metal refinishing. The 1-quart size provides enough coverage for larger jobs or multiple projects in a single workshop.

• Powerful, fast-acting formula that speeds coating removal
• Visible lifting of coatings to guide progress and timing
• Compatible with 2K systems including epoxies and urethanes
• Effective on metal, fiberglass, and plastic surfaces
• Economical 1-quart size suitable for shops or home garages
• Safe for multiple surfaces with a critical caveat about certain materials

Practical usage and safety notes

Apply Aircraft Ultra evenly, monitor the coating response, and wipe away lifted material to reveal a ready-to-work surface. For best results, test on a small area first and ensure proper ventilation and protective gear. Note that it is not suitable for bathtubs or actual aircraft surfaces, and care should be taken around paint removal on delicate substrates.
