A built-in NTC temperature sensor reports real-time connector heat to the companion app. If heat approaches a safety threshold, charging pauses automatically to help prevent overheating. You gain a clear, continuous view of charging status without manual checks.

The IYILO app is designed for everyday life, offering energy usage and cost tracking, Time-of-Use (TOU) scheduling, RFID access for multiple users, and OTA remote upgrades to keep performance current. Note: 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi is supported; 5 GHz is not.

ETL and Energy Star certified, this charger includes a built-in GFCI breaker, a rugged ultra-flex cable, and a NEMA 4 weather rating. The SAE J1772 connector ensures broad compatibility with most EVs and PHEVs in North America. Tesla models can connect via an available NACS adapter (not included).

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
