3M PPS 2.0 Spray Cup System Kit – Midi 13.5 oz with Lids, Liners & 125-Micron Filter

Overview

The 3M PPS 2.0 Spray Cup System Kit offers an all-in-one workflow for measuring, mixing, filtering, and spraying paint materials across automotive, furniture, and home improvement projects. The midi cup holds 13.5 ounces, providing a balanced option for medium paint quantities while promoting smooth, even spray performance. Built with practical design refinements, this kit aims to streamline your process from prep to finish.

What makes PPS 2.0 different

Designed to minimize steps and reduce waste, PPS 2.0 combines cup, lid, liners, and filter into a single ready-to-use system. Each lid features a quarter-turn locking collar to help prevent cross-threading and paint buildup, while the dome-style lid and wider fluid spout contribute to more consistent material flow during spraying.

Key components work together to keep materials clean and ready for application. A built-in 125-micron filter is commonly used with waterborne coatings, helping to filter during the workflow and protect the spray path. The system also uses specially designed PPS stainless steel adapters to maintain compatibility with a wide range of spray guns.
