Core construction and durability

• 20# steel bodies provide a strong, tough profile with good plasticity and weld strength
• 45# steel ball joints add wear resistance for reliable operation over time

These materials work together to support a smooth, steady lowering experience, helping to protect hinges and cables from harsh impacts during daily use or longer trips.

Operational benefits you might notice

Once installed, the tailgate lowers with controlled speed, reducing abrupt thumps and easing handling. The design supports one-handed operation and a steady, professional feel during routine loading and unloading.

Easy installation with minimal effort

• Includes necessary mounting hardware and instructions for a straightforward DIY setup
• No drilling or vehicle modification required
• Requires basic tools (8mm and 11mm wrenches) that are not included

Warranty and peace of mind

Backed by a one-year unlimited-mileage guarantee, A-Premium offers confidence across a wide range of automotive accessories, supporting safer, easier use in everyday tasks or longer journeys.
