Description
xUpgrade your ride with the AILMOTO shift linkage
Refine the way your Harley-Davidson shifts with the AILMOTO shift linkage. Designed to replace the stock linkage, this kit tightens up gear changes and adds a refined, premium finish to your bike's silhouette. The polished surface reflects light and subtly elevates the bike's overall appearance, even during a quick stop at a traffic light.
What you may notice on the road includes a smoother, more precise shift feel, a clean CNC-machined look, and durable hardware designed for daily riding in varied weather.
Key benefits you may notice
- Smoother, more precise gear transitions as you roll through the gears, with a tactile feel that many riders appreciate.
- A refined, CNC-machined finish that enhances the bike's visual lines while maintaining a low-profile presence.
- Durable billet aluminum rod ends designed for daily riding and varying weather, contributing to long-term durability.
Fitment and installation
This shift linkage is designed for Harley-Davidson Touring and Trike models from 1986 through 2024. It does not fit 18-later FXBB, FXLR, or FXLRS models, nor bikes with softail extended reach forward controls. Please verify compatibility with your specific setup before install.
- Adjustable length from 12" (300 mm) to 13" (330 mm) measured bolt to bolt. Adjusting the length will modify the linkage height to suit your ride.
- Premium waterproof design with CNC machined components and billet aluminum rod ends to resist rain and road spray.
- Includes 1 shift linkage with hardware for a complete, clean install; ensure the length matches your motorcycle before mounting.
Real-world use and considerations
In everyday riding, a refreshed linkage can contribute to a more confident shifting experience and a cohesive look with the rest of your hardware. Real-world results depend on your bike's setup and riding style, and this kit is intended as a potential upgrade you can evaluate for yourself.
Note: Always measure and confirm length to match your motorcycle, and consult a professional if needed.
