Alioncar Wire Heat Shield Sleeve – Titanium Two-Layer, 1 in ID x 10 ft, 2500° Temp Shield for Spark Plug Wires

Guard Spark Plug Wires with a Titanium Heat Shield Sleeve

The Alioncar Wire Heat Shield Sleeve is designed to shield spark plug wires from intense engine heat, especially where wires run near exhaust manifolds. The gleaming two-layer titanium construction forms a protective barrier, helping to keep wiring cooler and more resilient under demanding conditions. This sleeve aims to reduce heat exposure along critical sections of the wiring harness, so you can focus on your ride rather than worrying about heat-related wear.

Two-Layer Titanium Protection with a High-Heat Rating

Crafted from two layers of high-temperature titanium, the sleeve provides robust coverage along the wires as they approach headers or manifolds. It is rated to withstand intermittent heat up to 2500 degrees, offering a durable shield where heat is most intense. The design emphasizes a balance between protection and easy integration with existing wiring.

• Length about 10 feet offers ample coverage for multiple boots and wire runs
• Inner diameter of 1 inch to fit standard spark plug boots
• Compatible with 90-degree, 45-degree, and straight boots for versatile installations
• Simple slip-on installation to minimize hand tools and time under the hood

Real-Life Use and Practical Notes

Ideal for hot-rods and classic engines where exhaust headers are close to wiring, this sleeve is a straightforward upgrade for wiring protection. It works across various engine layouts and boot angles, providing a flexible shield as you upgrade or restore a build. While it cannot guarantee dramatic results in every scenario, users report smoother wiring performance in high-heat environments and extended wiring life in some applications.

• Hot rods and classic engines with dense header configurations
• Engines with angled or straight spark plug boots that approach hot manifolds
