Aussio 2-Pack RV Roof Vent Cap Kit with Putty Tape & Screws | Fits 1in to 2-3/8in Pipes

Overview

Upgrade your camper’s vent system with the Aussio 2-pack White RV Roof Vent Cap Kits. Crafted from durable, UV‑resistant plastic, these caps endure sun, rain, and travel traffic while keeping a clean, white finish that complements most RV exteriors.

The vent caps are designed for broad compatibility: an internal diameter of 3.8 inches, a 5.3-inch base, and a height of 3 inches. They accommodate pipes ranging from 1 inch up to 2-3/8 inches in diameter, making them a versatile replacement for many common roof vent configurations.

What you get

• 2 RV Plumbing Vent Caps — ready to replace worn or damaged vents and refresh your roof line.
• 2 putty tape strips — help create a moisture‑resistant seal around the vent and pipe.
• 12 screws — for secure mounting through the six base holes.

Key benefits and use cases

With six screw holes in the base, installation is straightforward: mount, secure with screws, and seal around the edge with silicone caulk for added protection against moisture. The cap snaps onto the vent once aligned, streamlining the upgrade without specialized tools.

• Odor control support: the cap is designed to expel sewer gas, helping minimize odors entering through the plumbing channel.
• Long-term durability: UV‑resistant plastic is built to resist sun wear and rainfall, supporting reliable operation on extended road trips.
• Weather-ready fit: the broad base and adaptable pipe range offer a secure, snug fit across many RV roof vents.

Installation tips

For best results, ensure the surface is clean before applying a bead of silicone caulk around the base. The included screws are designed to bite into existing mounting holes, and the cap’s snap‑on design helps align the cap quickly on the vent pipe.
