xOverview
Upgrade your Hyundai Sonata’s hood action with the BDFHYK Hood Struts Lift Supports. This two‑piece kit is designed for 2015–2017 Sonata models, offering rust‑resistant hardware and a snug, OE‑style fit. With a compressed length of 8.66 inches and an extended length of 14.25 inches, the struts provide a balanced and controlled lift that feels close to the original setup. The kit uses no ball studs, simplifying installation and reducing potential wear over time.
Compatibility & Fit
These gas springs align with common OE references such as 81161-C1000, 81161C1000, 6020, 81171-C1000, PM3570, and 371418. We compared dimensions against OEM specs to ensure proper alignment and reliable operation. Expect a straightforward, confident fit on compatible Sonatas.
