Besuto Aluminum Radiator for Cadillac Escalade 2002-2005 – 26mm Core, Replaces CU2423

Meet the BESUTO Aluminum Radiator, a replacement designed for the Cadillac Escalade 5.3 V8 from 2002 to 2005, featuring a 26mm core and a factory-like fit that keeps your cooling system dependable.

Compatibility and build details support a straightforward swap for models that originally used CU2423. The radiator interchanges with CU2423, 52486595, and 1925674, and the core thickness is 26mm, with a compact profile designed to fit space-constrained engine bays.

Reliable sealing is a priority. Advanced welding techniques and premium sealing materials work together to minimize coolant leaks, helping keep the cooling system pressurized as designed. The unit weighs about 5.12 kg, a practical balance between durability and vehicle weight distribution.

In terms of geometry, the inlet is 33mm and the outlet is 40mm, with a fin height of 8mm designed to support efficient heat transfer across a wide operating range. The design helps maintain steady flow during highway climbs or hot summer days behind the wheel.

Eco-conscious choices are part of the build. The radiator uses recyclable materials, aligning with environmental standards and enabling responsible end-of-life handling.

What you get in testing and support matters too. Each Besuto radiator undergoes pressure, heat, and durability tests to verify reliability. If questions arise, customer support and warranty coverage are there to help you through the installation and beyond.

Real-world use cases. Whether you’re performing routine maintenance, restoring an older Escalade, or seeking an OEM-equivalent replacement, this radiator is positioned as a confident option to consider in your cooling system renovation.
