Bosch 6077C HEPA Cabin Air Filter — Ford Edge, Fusion, Lincoln MKZ/MKX, Police Responder Hybrid

Experience genuinely cleaner cabin air with the Bosch 6077C HEPA Cabin Air Filter

Inside your vehicle, air quality shapes comfort on every drive. The Bosch 6077C HEPA Cabin Air Filter delivers true clean air for you and your passengers by capturing fine particulates and reducing unwanted odors without relying on added chemical odor neutralizers. The result is a more refreshing cabin environment that supports your daily routines.

Designed with a multi‑layer filtration approach, the filter combines a melt blown electrostatic layer with dense media to trap more particles as air passes through. An additional static cotton layer adds higher capacity, helping the filter maintain its performance over time. Robust structural ribs reinforce the frame so the filter keeps its shape and standard flow characteristics even under the vibrations of daily use.

• Meets HEPA standards based on ISO 29463-3 2011 with an efficiency of 99.97 at 0.3 microns
• Dense media plus electrostatic layer provide powerful particulate capture without relying on fragrances
• Static cotton layer boosts filtration capacity for longer service life between replacements
• Ribbed construction enhances stability, supporting consistent air flow
• Replacement guidance emphasizes regular maintenance every 12 months or 12K miles

Maintenance and installation are designed with practicality in mind. The filter is built to fit standard cabin air housings in compatible vehicles, helping you maintain a steady flow of air as you drive. The absence of added chemical neutralizers means you are less likely to notice masking fragrances, letting you experience the cabin air in a straightforward, natural way. Even if your driving includes dusty rural roads or congested city streets, the filtration approach aims to respond to the realities of everyday life rather than promising a guaranteed outcome.

Real-world use cases

Commuters who spend time in heavy traffic may notice a fresher interior after a replacement. Families on weekend trips can enjoy a cleaner feel during long drives. Allergy season or days with higher pollution levels might feel more comfortable thanks to steady filtration.

• Inspect fitment and seal to keep airflow consistent
• Do not use in a damaged housing; ensure proper installation
