Compatibility and scope

These clips are formulated for 2003–2010 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke diesels and cover common configurations in F-series trucks as well as Excursion and E-series vans. They are intended to closely match the function of the original rocker arm retainers used during service work.

What’s included

• 16 rocker arm clips in the set (8 per head), ready for installation during rocker arm service.
• Durable, flexible plastic designed to fit the rocker arm channel and maintain alignment during assembly.

Quality and materials

Made from high-quality ABS plastic, the clips offer reliable elasticity and resilience for repeated handling through the installation process. The design aims for a snug, secure feel that helps keep rocker arms positioned as you work.

Installation and workflow

These clips are meant to simplify the process of holding rocker arms in place during reassembly. Their uniform shape and size support a smoother handling experience, potentially saving time and reducing the risk of misalignment when reinstalling the rocker arm assembly after head gasket service.
