EVIL ENERGY 6AN Female to 6AN Male Full-Flow Swivel 90-degree Coupler Aluminum

Overview

EVIL ENERGY is a direct, professional manufacturer of tuning parts. The 6AN female to 6AN male full-flow swivel coupler is crafted from lightweight aluminum alloy and is designed for flexible routing and reliable connections in tight engine bays and chassis layouts.

This coupling blends strength with a light footprint thanks to 6061-T6 aluminum. It finds use in oil cooler lines, fuel paths, turbo discharge routes on motorcycles and cars, and even certain power steering lines where space is at a premium. The 360° swivel lets you align lines without forcing bends, while the 37-degree AN seal seat helps maintain a tight seal across a broad temperature range.

Key specifications

• Thread size: 9/16-18 UNF (AN6 female to AN6 male)
• Maximum working pressure: up to 1,500 PSI
• Operating temperature range: -40 to 250 F
• Material: Aluminum alloy 6061-T6
• Sealing: 37-degree sealed AN threads

Design and flow advantages

With a full-flow design, this fitting helps minimize flow resistance and supports smooth fluid movement through lines. The cutter-style edge facilitates assembly when trimming lines, and the 360° swivel simplifies routing around accessories and other fittings.

Real-world uses

• Oil cooler connections for stable coolant circulation
• Fuel line adapters in performance setups
• Turbo discharge or intercooler lines in motorcycles or cars
• Power steering and other high-pressure fluid paths

Installation tips

Ensure the sealing surface is clean before assembly. Use compatible AN hoses and apply appropriate torque to maintain seal integrity. The 360° swivel reduces the need for rework when space is limited.
