EVIL ENERGY 6AN Fuel Line Kit with LS Swap Regulator — 58 PSI, 25 ft Braided Hose, 6AN Fittings

Overview

Introducing the EVIL ENERGY 6AN fuel line kit, a purpose built solution for serious EFI projects, LS swaps, and custom fuel routes. Built to endure engine heat, vibration, and everyday driving conditions, this kit offers a clean, deliberate installation experience with a focus on reliable fuel delivery and straightforward maintenance.

Why choose this kit

Designed for tough environments, the hose uses a CPE inner layer wrapped by a 304 stainless wire braid and a nylon outer braid, all connected to lightweight aluminum fittings. The result is a robust, flexible line that resists kinking and stays dependable over time.

• Maximum working pressure: 750 psi
• Bursting pressure: 2250 psi
• Temperature range: -22°F to 248°F
• Hose ID: 0.31 inches; OD: 0.56 inches
• Compatibility: gasoline and diesel; not for E85 or ethanol

Internal regulation and filtration

The fuel filter regulator features an internal bypass that maintains a steady output at 58 PSI, supporting EFI and LS swap configurations. A built in 10 micron fuel filter element helps ensure clean fuel reaches the engine, contributing to cleaner operation over time.

Fitment, use cases, and reliability

This kit is suited for EFI installs and LS swap projects where robust fuel routing and steady pressure matter. It is designed for gasoline and diesel systems and is not compatible with E85 or ethanol blends. The generous 25 ft length offers flexibility for routing through crowded engine bays, while the 6AN sizing supports strong fuel flow in typical modern builds.

In real-world use, consider the kit as a modular foundation that can adapt to your specific layout. Your results will depend on proper installation, vehicle condition, and the overall fuel system design. The combination of durable materials, built in regulation, and comprehensive fittings aims to make installation smoother and maintenance easier for the long haul.
