EVIL ENERGY Fuel Pressure Regulator 6AN EFI Bypass Return Adjustable (20-75 PSI, 75-120 PSI) – Black

Upgrade your EFI fuel system with the EVIL ENERGY Fuel Pressure Regulator, a compact, dependable bypass regulator crafted for precise control and straightforward tuning. The matte black finish pairs with durable construction for a clean install while the internal geometry supports smooth fuel flow under varying engine demands. This regulator is designed to blend with a wide range of vehicles and EFI layouts, helping you achieve consistent fuel rail pressure without guesswork.

Designed to fit most vehicles’ EFI setups, it supports gasoline, E85, and ethanol blends. Note: diesel fuels are not supported, and nylon braided hoses are not compatible with E85. Proper selection of compatible lines and connectors helps maintain reliable performance in daily driving, spirited acceleration, or tuning sessions.

Key benefits and features

• Dual-pressure capability: the pre-installed spring covers 20-75 psi, while a replacement spring enables 75-120 psi for higher-demand applications
• Top-set screw offers quick, on-vehicle pressure adjustment; swap to the higher-pressure spring when needed to match fuel type or boost levels
• Includes a full hardware kit: regulator, pressure gauge, replacement spring, a port plug, Allen key, sealant tape, and assorted AN fittings for versatile plumbing
• Multiple AN/BON fittings (AN6, AN8, AN10 variants) provide flexible connection options across common EFI layouts

Real-world use scenarios

In daily street use, stable rail pressure can help maintain consistent fueling as engine load shifts from idle to acceleration. In tuning work, the adjustable range supports different fuel types and performance goals, enabling you to tailor the regulator to your setup. For higher performance builds, switching to the 75-120 psi spring can help align fuel pressure with increased boost or altered injector characteristics, while keeping overall system behavior predictable under load.

Whether you’re dialing in a clean idle, planning for a fuel-type change, or calibrating for a mild performance upgrade, this regulator offers a practical balance of versatility, durability, and ease of use without requiring specialized tools for routine adjustments.
