Tips for Best Results
If the TDS does not reach zero, fill the deionizer fully with water and let it stand for five minutes to fully interact with the resin. If water pressure is too high, reduce it to allow complete contact with the resin and accurate readings.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
