Fluid Film 1 Gal Rust Inhibitor – Underbody Protection & Anti-Corrosion Coat

Protective rust prevention for metal surfaces

Fluid Film 1 Gal Rust Inhibitor is a versatile coating designed to shield undercarriages, frames, and exposed metal from moisture, road salt, and harsh weather. This rust preventive lubricant is engineered to stay in place on critical surfaces before rust begins, offering a proactive layer of defense that’s practical for everyday maintenance and seasonal care alike.

What sets Fluid Film apart is a solvent-free, long-lasting film that resists drying out over time. The film remains flexible, allowing it to move with metal joints and contours rather than cracking or peeling. The lanolin-based formulation delivers a clean, odor-free application experience, which helps when handling multiple vehicles or pieces of equipment in a shop or yard setting.

Designed with ease of use in mind, it can be applied using most undercoating guns operating at 70–90 psi. This penetrant-lubricant combination helps the coating reach crevices and vulnerable spots, forming a protective barrier on hard-to-reach areas while reducing friction on moving parts. It’s a practical choice for cars, trucks, snow blowers, tractors, buses, and other equipment that encounter challenging environments.
