Great Day QD860-OGR Quick-Draw Overhead Gun Rack – Dual-Gun UTV Access

Overview

The Great Day QD860-OGR Quick-Draw Overhead Gun Rack is a compact, protective storage solution for two firearms within arm’s reach on your UTV. Mounted above the cab roof, it keeps gear clean and shielded from dust, dirt, and weather while you’re on the move, yet still offers fast, intuitive access when you need it.

What makes it effective

Two soft, foam-lined clips cradle each firearm, cushioning to absorb bumps and reduce movement. Great Day’s Velcro straps mold to the exact size of the gun, forming holding cradles that respect sight lines and scope settings so adjustments aren’t disrupted during travel.

• Dual-gun capacity for rapid access or on-demand use
• Soft foam-lined clips cushion barrels and actions to minimize wear
• Adaptive Velcro cradles secure the guns to fit each profile
• Non-damaging, drill-free mounting for quick, tool-light setup
• Aircraft-grade aluminum frame with a rugged black powder-coat finish
• Headroom for the driver and passengers remains plentiful

Fit and model options

The Quick-Draw family includes 13 models to cover a broad range of front-to-back and side-to-side measurements. To pick the right one, measure your UTV’s frame bars and compare with the model specifications. For example, the QD860-OGR targets common side-to-side spans like 42–45 inches, making it suitable for mid-size Ranger and General configurations; other variants address different dimensions across the lineup.

• Front-to-back ranges include mid-length and longer profiles
• Side-to-side variants support mid-size to larger UTVs
• Special fit options for Jeep Wrangler and crew-cab setups

Durability and ease of use

The Quick-Draw frame is built from robust aircraft-grade aluminum and finished with a tough powder coat to endure outdoor use and years of service. The installation is designed to be completed in minutes, without drilling or permanent modifications, with a snug fit that helps preserve cabin space.

Real-world use

Ideal for on-the-go days, hunting trips, ranch work, or utility tasks where quick firearm access matters. The two-gun capacity, combined with secure, soft interiors, helps keep gear organized and ready while you focus on the task at hand.

Safety and best practices

Always ensure firearms are unloaded before installation. Never transport loaded guns in the Quick-Draw Gun Rack.
