ITRAZ 60 Gallon TPU Water Bladder – Portable RV Fresh Water Tank, Food-Grade & BPA Free

Overview

Meet the ITRAZ TPU Water Storage Bladder, a 60-gallon portable tank designed for RVs, camping, irrigation, and emergency readiness. Built from durable 1000D polyester fabric with a double-sided TPU coating, it stays odorless and does not impart taste, offering a safe, non-toxic solution for long-term water storage.

Durability and safety

Crafted with food-grade TPU, it is BPA-free, DEHP-free, and PVC-free. The design reduces plastic odors compared to traditional PVC tanks while keeping water fresh for drinking and everyday use.

• Foldable and space-saving: folds to over 92% smaller for easy storage and transport.
• High strength: when full, can support more than 2204 pounds and withstand a 39-inch drop without leakage.

Performance and connections

The 304 stainless steel GHT outlet/inlet provides durable, wear-resistant threading compatible with standard hoses, pumps, and RV filters. The four nylon straps with stainless D-rings form a fixation system to secure the bladder in a truck bed or trailer, reducing shifting during transit.

• Temperature range: seals from 86 to 167°F; best use 68–140°F for longevity.
• Filling guidance: in freezing conditions, fill no more than 80% to allow expansion.

Capacity and contents

With a 60-gallon capacity, it can serve about four people for drinking, cooking, washing, and showers for roughly three days. The package includes two stainless steel ball valves, two silicone gaskets, Teflon tape, a TPU repair patch, a wrench, and instructions.

Usage ideas

Ideal for RV trips, overlanding, off-grid living, emergency water storage, rainwater harvesting, or garden irrigation. Its odor-free, food-grade TPU helps keep taste intact while you stay hydrated and prepared.

Care and storage

After each use, drain completely, air dry, and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Maintain operation within 68–140°F; for freezing environments, fill to 80% capacity to allow for expansion.
