KEMIMOTO 30 Series Go Kart Drive Belt - 3 Pack | Compatible with Coleman KT196 CK196 GK200, Manco Dingo TrailMaster, Comet 203589

Overview

Meet the KEMIMOTO 30 Series Go Kart Drive Belt, a rugged 3-pack engineered for demanding off-road riding. Built with a robust five-layer construction, it balances strength, flexibility, and steady power delivery across a wide range of karts. From cool mornings to long afternoon sessions, this belt is designed to perform without frequent adjustments.

Why it stands out

• 5-layer construction combines dual nylon tooth coatings, a reinforced thick neoprene layer, and woven aramid fibers for lasting durability.
• Enhanced heat dissipation minimizes heat buildup and reduces cold-related issues, helping you keep riding longer on trail or track.
• Elastomer-impregnated nylon tooth surface ensures even force distribution, promoting smoother acceleration and steadier cruising.
• Precise tooth profile supports consistent engagement and reduces speed fluctuations, extending belt life while preserving performance.

Fitment & compatibility

Designed as a direct drop-in replacement for popular models, including Coleman KT196 CK196 GK200, Manco Dingo, TrailMaster, Comet 203589 variants, and other 5 hp to 7 hp carts. The belt is tuned for reliable shape retention with a 0.74 inch width and 0.39 inch thickness.

Real-world use cases

• Trail rides and track sessions benefit from consistent torque delivery, helping riders maintain confident speed through turns and straights.
• Rugged terrains with dust, mud, or gravel challenge drivetrain components; the belt’s layered build is designed to withstand abrasion and heat buildup.

Care & installation tips

After installation, verify alignment and proper tension. Clean seating surfaces before mounting and consider installing in matching sets when upgrading related drive components to maximize life and performance.
