MasterTop Bimini Summer Soft Top Spice Denim for Jeep Wrangler TJ 1997-2006 | Open Air Sun & Light Rain Protection

Enhance Your Wrangler Open-Air Experience

The MasterTop Bimini Summer Soft Top in Spice Denim is designed for Jeep Wrangler TJ owners who crave a flexible open-air feel with added shade and light rain protection. Built to fit 1997–2006 TJ models, this top offers a balanced blend of wind-in-the-hair freedom and discreet coverage, so you can enjoy longer drives with friends without sacrificing comfort.

Two premium fabric options are available to suit different climates and styles. The Spice Denim variant uses 25 oz Sail Cloth Soft Top Fabric for a durable, flexible surface with a rugged aesthetic, while MasterTwill versions feature a three-layer 30 oz twill for enhanced resilience. Each choice delivers a soft touch, solid color retention, and a pleasing tactile quality that stands up to sun exposure and road dust.

What Makes It Stand Out

• OPEN AIR EXPERIENCE — enjoy the Wrangler’s open-air vibe with customizable shade on trails or highway routes.
• EASY ON AND OFF — the intuitive design supports quick setup and removal for changing weather or moods.
• QUALITY FABRICS — Spice Denim with Sail Cloth or MasterTwill fabrics offer durability and a refined look.
• GRAB HANDLE COMPATIBLE — compatible with sport bar mounted grab handles and over-the-door mounts on Wranglers with factory soft top doors.
• WINDSHIELD HEADER REQUIRED — installation attaches to the front via a windshield header channel (no drilling needed).

Installation, Fit, and Real-World Use

Designed to attach to the front of your Wrangler, the Bimini Top Plus requires a windshield header channel (not included). This setup keeps the door surrounds clean and allows for a flexible open-air experience on sunny weekends or scenic road trips. The top is built to work with Wranglers that have factory soft top door surrounds, including an over-the-door mounting option for added versatility.

In real-world use, you’ll notice how the fabric panels shade the front seats during midday climbs, while still letting a breeze through for a refreshing ride. The easy on/off character means you can switch from full sun to shaded comfort in just a few minutes, whether you’re heading back from a beach run or moving between camp and sightseeing stops.
