Meguiar's Ultimate Compound Pro-Grade Car Scratch Remover – 15.2 oz

Meguiar's Ultimate Compound is a pro-grade car scratch remover designed to speed up paint correction. Built with Meguiar's exclusive micro-abrasive technology, it targets below-surface defects and helps restore color and clarity without creating haze or swirls. The 15.2 oz formula is crafted for both DIY detailers and professional shops, offering a versatile solution for single stage and clear coat finishes.

What to expect on your finish is a smoother, more even appearance after a careful pass. The compound cuts fast but is engineered to minimize haze, making the resulting look closer to a factory finish. This makes it a strong option for reviving dull, weathered panels or fending off water spots and oxidation.

Key benefits you can experience

• Removes scratches, swirls and oxidation to improve clarity
• Restores color depth and overall gloss for a refreshed look
• Safe on clear coats and various gloss paints when used as directed
• Versatile for hand use or with a polisher for faster results
• Leads to a near new looking finish without heavy haze

To use, apply a small amount to a soft applicator or pad and work in a focused, circular motion across a small panel. Wipe away residue with a clean microfiber, then assess the result before repeating if needed. For best results, work in shaded conditions and follow up with wax or sealant for protection.

Real world use cases

• Reviving a neglected hood with visible scratches and discoloration
• Improving gloss on a door panel with faint water spots
• Preparing a non metallic paint for a final wax layer

Note that while the product is designed for broad compatibility, individual results can vary based on paint type, depth of defects, and application technique. Consider testing on a hidden area first and proceeding with light pressure for best outcomes.
