Mellif Brushless Power Grease Gun for Milwaukee 18V - 10,000 PSI, 30-inch Hose, 14 oz Capacity

Overview

The Mellif Brushless Power Grease Gun is designed to work with Milwaukee 18V batteries as a tool-only solution. This keeps your kit compact while delivering serious lubrication power when you need it. Built to withstand busy job sites, it combines robust performance with practical design features that help you stay productive through long tasks.

With a brushless motor, the gun can deliver high pressure and a fast flow, supporting quick coating of joints, fittings, and bearings. You may experience faster cycles and consistent output across repeated presses, which can help reduce downtime during maintenance and repairs.

Performance at a glance

• Up to 10,000 PSI for demanding lubrication tasks with strong, steady flow.
• Maximum flow of about 10 oz per minute at speed 5 for efficient work.
• Large 14 oz grease cartridge capacity minimizes refills on extended jobs.

Note: evacuate air before use to ensure grease moves smoothly and consistently.

Design for the job site

• Extended 30 inch hose enables reach into tight spaces without repositioning equipment.
• Integrated no-mar foot helps protect delicate surfaces during placement.
• Built-in LED light illuminates dark corners for precise application.

Safety and reliability are built in. A safety lock prevents accidental activation, and a low-voltage protection system auto-shuts off when the energy drops below a threshold, helping preserve your battery pack over time.

Usage and care

• Tool-only use means you supply your own Milwaukee 18V battery and charger.
• Continuous pump mode lets you start and stop flow with a single press, freeing your trigger hand for other tasks.
• Air-bleeder valve helps release trapped air for smooth operation and consistent priming.

Real-world benefit

Ideal for automotive, equipment maintenance, and light industrial jobs, this grease gun supports reliable lubrication in variable environments, from well-lit shops to dim workshops. Mellif backs this tool with a 5-year warranty and dependable service to help you stay productive.
