Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 400 – All-In-One Car Polish (8 oz) | Scratch, Swirl & Hologram Repair

All-in-One car polish for scratch, swirl, and hologram repair

Meet the Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 400, a versatile polish that combines heavy cutting, mid-cut polishing, and finishing in a single bottle. The 8 oz silicone-free formula is designed to work across common automotive paints, making it a practical choice for both DIY detailing and professional use.

This product is designed to minimize the need to switch products. With regular use, you may notice a brighter, more uniform color and a smoother surface, which can help with water beading and easier cleaning. It aims to address light to medium defects while preserving the integrity of the finish.

Polish like a pro

Pair the compound with the red Heavy Cut Foam Pad for efficient cutting, and work with a rotary or orbital polisher for best results. If you prefer manual work, you can use it by hand for precise control on minor details.

• All-in-one solution: heavy cut, mid-cut, and finish in one product
• Compatible with the red Heavy Cut Foam Pad for effective material removal
• Beginner-friendly workflow with straightforward surface prep and technique
• Silicone-free formula for a cleaner finish

What to expect after use

• Brighter appearance and more even texture as defects are reduced
• Enhanced water beading and easier maintenance due to a refined surface
• Reduction of holograms and uneven mattes when applied with proper technique

Usage notes and care

Start with a clean surface using a dedicated cleaner, apply a small amount to the pad, and work in a criss-cross pattern until the film looks translucent. Allow 20–30 minutes to dry, then finish with a dedicated finishing polish to seal the effect. For best results, follow with a sealant or wax if desired.
