RAPTOR U-POL 0820 Black Truck Bed Liner Kit – 4L

RAPTOR U-POL 0820 Black Truck Bed Liner Kit – 4 Liter

Protect and revitalize your truck bed with a rugged coating designed to handle tough use, weather, and daily abuse. This 4-liter kit is built to cover medium to large beds, delivering a dense, flexible film that stands up to cargo, moisture, and road grime. The result is a durable layer that blends performance with a clean, professional look.

One of the kit’s practical strengths is the adjustable working window. By varying the speed of the hardener, you can tailor the pot life and dry times to your pace, helping you plan your project around weather and schedule. The cured film dries rapidly, so you can move on to other tasks sooner, while remaining flexible enough to absorb impacts and vibrations.

The coating is UV resistant and scratch- and stain-resistant, helping maintain color and appearance under sun and daily wear. It also provides a protective barrier against rust, corrosion, salt, damp, and temperature swings. You can apply it with a SHUTZ gun, roller, or brush to achieve different textures—from a smooth, showroom finish to a rugged, non-slip surface that helps keep gear in place.

Why this kit stands out

• 10x tougher than other bedliners
• Can be applied onto almost any surface: metal, plastic, wood, and concrete
• Easy to apply; variety of finishes
• Now available in 2K aerosols for smaller areas
• Designed to cover an average truck bed

Real-world use and texture options

Imagine weekend projects, tailgating gear, or daily cargo protection. The finish textures add grip where you need it, while the waterproof, noise-dampening film helps reduce vibration and road buzz. Pair the texture with UV resistance for long-lasting color and a clean, protected bed that’s ready for loading and unloading in all seasons.

For the DIY painter, the kit’s versatility makes it possible to address patches, touch-ups, or full-bed protection with confidence. The flexible coating can be applied using a SHUTZ gun, roller, or brush, letting you adapt workflow to your preferred technique and texture outcome.
