ScorpionEXO R1 Air Full-Face Helmet with Pinlock Shield & Bluetooth Ready Pockets | DOT & ECE | Gloss Black (Medium)

Meet the ScorpionEXO R1 Air full-face helmet, a thoughtful blend of protection, comfort, and versatility for riders who want confidence on every ride. The gloss black finish pairs with a premium look while practical features address real-world riding needs—from city commutes to weekend adventures.

Design that blends strength and aerodynamics

The helmet uses a multi-layer Ultra-TCT shell combining fiberglass, aramid, and poly-resin to balance weight with strength. An aero-tuned shape reduces drag, improves balance, and preserves mobility, so you feel composed at speed.

• Advanced multi-layer EPS delivers optimized energy absorption and dedicated airflow channels.
• Ram-Air intake plus a four-port exhaust system and EPS channels create a smooth flow-through effect.

Cool, comfortable riding all day

Aero-tuned ventilation uses venturi-style channels connected to adjustable dual ram-air intakes and a spoiler-integrated exhaust. The Airfit inflation system lets you tailor the fit for comfort across riding scenarios.

• Removable, washable KwikWick interior keeps you dry and fresh in warm conditions.
• Eyeglasses-friendly KwikFit 3D cheek pads and removable interior feature support modern riders.

Clear vision and shield options

The R1 Air ships with a Pinlock-ready shield that offers UV protection and an anti-scratch coating. EllipTec II quick-release mechanism provides a secure seal and easy shield removal. A dark shield is included and Pinlock inserts are compatible.

• Shield-to-gasket seal helps reduce fogging and improve visibility in changing weather.
• Optional Pinlock tear-off shields exist for rapid, on-the-go visibility adjustments.

Versatility and connectivity

Emergency quick-release cheek pads, reflective piping on the cheeks, and a breath deflector with an aero skirt enhance safety and comfort. Comm-ready speaker pockets let you install compatible Bluetooth devices without extra adapters.

• Speaker pockets simplify after-market Bluetooth integration on the road.
• Reflective piping helps you stay visible in low-light rides and city traffic.

Safety, fit, and long-term support

The R1 Air weighs about 1,383 grams in medium and is available XS–3XL in three shell sizes for a precise fit. It carries DOT and ECE approvals and includes a 5-year warranty for peace of mind.
