Ride with confidence and comfort

The ScorpionEXO T520 is a full-face touring helmet designed to balance protection with everyday practicality. Its lightweight, multi-layer polycarbonate shell is engineered to disperse impact energy while keeping overall weight manageable for longer rides. An optimized EPS liner works in tandem with the shell to cushion during drops or fast accelerations, while an aero skirt around the chin helps smooth air flow and reduce wind noise at highway speeds.

Key engineering and safety features

  • Three shell sizes across XS–3XL for a closer, more comfortable fit
  • Double D-ring retention for a secure closure
  • DOT FMVSS No. 218 and ECE certifications surface on the safety label
  • Shatter-resistant shield with anti-scratch coating and 95% UV protection
  • Everclear fog-free shield keeps visibility clear in damp or cool conditions
  • Everclear SpeedView sun-visor provides shade without swapping shields

Comfort and fit for real rides

Inside, the KwikWick moisture-wicking liner and KwikFit cheekpads help you stay dry and comfortable, even on warm days or long trips. The AirFit inflation system allows you to tailor the cheek pad fit for reduced wind lift and a more personalized seal. The shield is designed for easy, tool-free changes thanks to the Ellip-Tec Ratchet System.

Ventilation and weather-ready design

  • Aero-Tuned ventilation channels pull in cool air through top intake vents and expel warm air via exhaust vents
  • Dual-position mouth vent offers defogging plus airflow control
  • Free Breath Deflector enhances fog-free performance in varying conditions

Connectivity and everyday practicality

The helmet includes large diameter speaker pockets that fit most Bluetooth systems and is EXO-COM ready for seamless compatibility with the kit sold separately, helping you stay connected on the road without sacrificing safety.

What you get and longevity

  • Solid gloss white finish with durable construction
  • Designed for daily use with a confident build and a 5-year warranty
  • Lightweight feel suited for long rides and everyday commuting
