What makes the T520 stand out

• Rugged protection: A multi-layer EPS system and a durable polycarbonate shell help distribute energy across impacts.
• Quiet, efficient cooling: Aero-Tuned ventilation with top intake and rear exhaust vents maintains airflow while minimizing noise.
• Fog-free clarity: Everclear no-fog shield and an optional internal sun visor help you maintain visibility in varying conditions.

Comfort and fit for real-world riding

• Customizable fit: AirFit inflation system allows you to adjust cheek pad fullness for a snug seal and reduced lift.
• Dry and cool: KwikWick liner wicks moisture, while KwikFit cheekpads make eyewear easy on and off.
• Defog and deflect: Free breath deflector supports fog-free performance, and dual-position mouth vent offers defrost and airflow options.

The T520 is EXO-COM ready for compatible Bluetooth communicators, with large-diameter pockets designed to accommodate most speaker systems. If you ride with a passenger or chat on the go, you’ll find the integration thoughtful rather than intrusive.

Designed for versatility and safety

• Three shell sizes ensure a balanced fit across XS–3XL for comfort and weight optimization.
• Secure retention: Double D-Ring strap for reliable, adjustable security.
• Road-ready assurance: DOT and ECE certifications, plus a 5-year warranty for extra peace of mind.

Whether you’re commuting, exploring winding backroads, or tackling a multi-day tour, the T520’s blend of ventilation, visibility, and compatibility creates a versatile platform for your riding toolkit. The orange colorway adds a vibrant touch to your gear, while practical features like removable liners and shield mechanisms are designed for easy maintenance and quick adjustments between rides.
