SoftStartRV RV AC Soft Start Kit — Waterproof, 40% Smaller, 30A & Generator Compatible | NetworkRV

Meet SoftStartRV for RV climate comfort

SoftStartRV by NetworkRV is a compact, fully waterproof soft-start solution designed for RV air conditioners and essential onboard electronics. With a footprint 40% smaller than previous models, it fits neatly under low-profile rooftop A/C units while delivering dependable power.

Powerful, efficient, and flexible

Designed to work with your existing 30-amp system or a generator, SoftStartRV can handle two A/C units when connected to 30A, or a single unit on a smaller generator, or a 15-amp shore connection. In practical terms, that translates to smoother starts and better power management when you’re camping off-grid or on limited hookups.

• Up to 36,000 BTU of cooling capacity when paired with a generator setup, including rooftop 15,000 BTU A/C
• Compatibility with a 2200W generator for more flexible power options
• 100% waterproof enclosure for outdoor durability

Quiet, comfortable camping experience

The SoftStartRV system minimizes compressor startup shocks, reducing vibrations and the characteristic thump. The result is a calmer interior environment—more pleasant sleep, less cabin rattling, and a steadier climate as the unit winds up.

Easy to install, easy to support

Getting set up is supported by clear guides and tutorials, plus live help from certified technicians. Whether you’re a first-time installer or an RV veteran, you’ll find the setup approachable, and you have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for peace of mind.

What you get and who it helps

SoftStartRV is designed for travelers who want reliable A/C starts without excessive demand on power sources. It also reduces the need to upgrade to bigger generators, helping you stay on budget while enjoying comfortable, reliable climate control.
