StarknightMT Stainless Coffin-Cut Handguards for Touring Bikes | Hydraulic Clutch Compatible

Overview

Elevate your touring ride with StarknightMT’s coffin-cut handguards. Crafted from rugged stainless steel, they pair a bold silhouette with practical protection, designed to stand up to highway gusts, road spray, and everyday riding conditions. The finish adds a premium touch while the core design focuses on durable hands-on shield and reliable fit.

Compatibility & Construction

These guards are tailored for 2014–2022 Touring Baggers and similar models that feature larger switch housings and hydraulic front brakes. For riders with a cable clutch, we offer a dedicated cable clutch style to ensure a proper alignment and secure mount. The result is a cohesive upgrade that complements the bike’s lines without compromising control access.

• 16 gauge stainless steel construction for stiffness and longevity
• 12 gauge reinforced mounting tabs for solid, confident mounting
• Coffin-cut design adds a modern, aggressive look
• Design helps deflect wind and shield hands from road spray

Fitment, Installation & Use

Installation is straightforward: no extra mounting hardware is required—simply swap onto the control mount where the mirrors attach. The kit is compatible with bikes equipped with hydraulic clutch and larger switch housings, delivering a clean, integrated appearance when installed.

• Fits 2014–2022 Touring Baggers and similar bikes
• Designed for hydraulic front brakes; cable clutch style available separately
• Easy to install with no additional hardware needed
• Mount tabs are designed to be symmetrical for consistent alignment

Riding Scenarios & Benefits

On long highway runs, they create a wind-deflecting shield that can help keep hands warmer and drier in brisk weather. They also act as a barrier against brush, rocks, and mud on rural roads, while adding protection against sudden gusts. While not a guarantee, many riders report a more comfortable ride with the guards in place and an enhanced touring aesthetic.

• Wind and debris protection for exposed riding conditions
• Potential warmth and dryness in cool, windy weather
• Robust stainless build that holds up to spray and brush
• Premium finish enhances the bike’s overall look

Care, Finish & Brand Assurance

The StarknightMT handguards combine a practical shield with a sleek, brushed look that complements a touring build. Regular cleaning helps preserve the stainless surface and the reinforced mounting tabs, ensuring ongoing performance across seasons.
