Suspenix Aluminum Oil Filter Cap for 3.6L Jeep 2014-2021 — Cherokee, Wrangler, Gladiator, Grand Cherokee

Upgrade overview

Meet the Suspenix Aluminum Oil Filter Cap, a robust upgrade designed to replace a stock plastic cap on 3.6L Jeep powertrains. Built for regular oil service, this cap aims to deliver a smoother removal process and a durable seal during changes. The aluminum construction provides a resilient alternative to brittle plastic, and the included O-ring helps maintain a clean seal throughout the service cycle.

The original plastic cap has a known tendency to crack or snap during oil changes, particularly when removing the cartridge. The Suspenix cap uses a solid aluminum housing and an included O-ring to help maintain a reliable seal. This combination can reduce stress on the upper portion of the filter housing during service and offers a longer-lasting alternative when the cap is removed and reinstalled multiple times.
