xOverview
Tecmate OptiMate 4 Quad Program Premium Edition is a versatile battery charger and maintainer designed for a wide range of 12V and LiFePO4 batteries used in motorcycles and powersport vehicles. It adapts to how you connect and what you charge, helping your bike stay ready for the road with careful, sensorily precise charging routines.
Four adaptive charging programs
The Quad Program provides four modes to match common battery types and bike connections. Programs 1 and 3 charge directly onto the battery or through compatible Triumph 12V live sockets, while programs 2 and 4 support charging via BMW CANbus controlled 12V sockets through the DIN interface on eligible bikes. This setup delivers flexible options for day-to-day maintenance and seasonal storage.
Battery compatibility and performance
- Ideal for AGM, GEL, and STD 12V batteries from 4 to 60 Ah
- LiFePO4 12.8/13.2V batteries from 2 to 15 Ah are supported
- Tests before and after charging help verify health, and the unit can recover a dead-flat battery from about 0.5 V
What you get
- Quad Program charger with DIN socket adaptability
- Ring terminal harness and battery clip set
- Hanging hook for convenient wall or workbench storage
- O-19 cable accessory for extra connection options
Real world use and benefits
Whether you are preparing for a winter layup, maintaining a long-haul touring machine between trips, or keeping an adventure bike ready for the next ride, OptiMate 4 Quad Program offers flexible connection methods and careful, battery-friendly charging routines. The design emphasizes safe, gradual charging and monitoring to support battery health over time, without guaranteeing outcomes. Consider the four programs as adaptable possibilities tailored to your bike and charging setup.
Important notes
Always refer to the manual for exact connection guidance and safety precautions. This device is a maintenance charger and is intended to extend battery life, not to replace regular battery replacement when needed.
