TowWorks 79832 Keyed Alike 5/8\" Extra Long Trailer Hitch Lock – 2-Pack for 3\" Receivers

Overview

The TowWorks 79832 Extra Long Keyed Alike Trailer Hitch Lock offers practical security and convenient operation for a wide range of adjustable hitches. Featuring a 5/8\" locking pin with a full 4-1/2\" active length, this lock is designed to engage through longer hitch tubes while maintaining a slim profile that fits 3\" x 3\" receivers.

Built for durability, the lock uses steel and zinc alloy components with a rubber dust cap that helps protect the mechanism from moisture and dirt. The design emphasizes ease of use, with a 1/4-turn locking action and push-to-lock feature that simplifies securing or releasing the pin after a quick check of fit and alignment.

Why it stands out

• EXTRA LONG PIN: A 5/8" diameter pin with up to 4-1/2" of active length is engineered to reach through deeper hitch assemblies while remaining compact enough for daily use.
• SPRING CLIP SAFETY: A separate cotter-pin clip adds an extra layer of security and flexibility, allowing quick hitch changes with or without the lock engaged.
• RUBBER O-RINGS FOR QUIET OPERATION: O-rings suppress rattling, helping the pin stay steady during transport and storage.
• KEYED ALIKE WITH WHAT'S INSIDE: Includes two tubular keys per unit and two locks per package, all keyed alike for convenient access.
• WEATHER-READY PROTECTION: A rubber cap shields the locking mechanism from moisture and dirt to reduce corrosion risk.
