UCkasayfy Dual Battery Isolator 12V 140A | VSR for ATV, UTV, Boat, RV, Truck

Smart battery isolator for reliable power management

The UCkasayfy Dual Battery Isolator is more than a switch—it's a thoughtful power management companion for adventures and daily errands alike. Operating as a voltage-sensitive relay (VSR), it engages when the main battery hits 13.3 volts and disengages at 12.8 volts, helping to balance charge between two batteries while keeping essential electronics ready to go. With a robust 140 amp current rating, it supports parallel charging, so your auxiliary battery can contribute without overloading your electrical system.

Rugged build for real-world conditions

Built to endure tough environments, the isolator features a silicone-sealed interior and an IP65 waterproof rating. This combination helps resist dust, rain, and splashes, making it a practical choice for marine uses, off-road vehicles, and outdoor installations where exposure is common. Its compact form fits in tight engine bays and utility compartments without crowding other equipment.

Wide compatibility and flexible applications

• Suitable for ATV, UTV, boats, RVs, trucks, trailers, caravans, and campers.
• 140A capacity supports reliable charging across multiple accessories and devices.

Emergency capability and safe operation

• The VSR can reverse charge under certain conditions, offering a helpful back-up path if the main battery needs a quick boost.
• For safety, ensure accessories on the second battery are fused within 0.98 ft of the battery to maintain protection and prevent wiring issues.

Why choose UCkasayfy

Quality materials, careful manufacturing, and responsive after-sales support accompany this isolator. It’s designed to be a practical, non-dramatic solution for maintaining battery health and readiness in the field. Note that it is not intended for lithium-based battery systems.

Real-world scenarios

Imagine a day on the water with refrigeration running while the engine battery sits at a healthy level, or a winter road trip where lights and electronics stay powered without draining the starter battery. In trailers and campers, you may notice smoother starting performance as the auxiliary battery helps balance the load. These everyday benefits are possibilities supported by steady voltage management and solid construction.
