Durability and build

Constructed from premium steel, these shackle bolts are designed for reliable performance under typical trailer conditions. The material and finish aim to resist the effects of road grime and regular use, supporting longer service intervals and smoother operation when the leaf spring assembly is in motion. While not a guarantee for every scenario, the hardware aligns with original style parts to help maintain proper fit and alignment.

Simple installation

• Slide the inner shackle hinge through the steel sleeve and align the leaf spring with the hanger
• Thread the nuts and tighten to a secure yet flexible fit that allows movement
• Ensure proper alignment so the spring sits correctly within the hanger and center equalizer bar

Real world use and fitment

Whether you are performing routine maintenance on a cross-country tow or a local haul, having the right bolts can simplify alignment checks and reduce the likelihood of loose hardware. This kit is designed to be a straightforward replacement option that mirrors the original parts commonly found on many trailers.
