Door pin guides are CNC machined from stainless steel, offering high hardness and anti-corrosion performance. Door hinge liners use quality ABS plastic created through an integral molding process for reliable strength and heat resistance. The door bushing removal tool is heavy-duty steel, built for leverage and long service life.

  • Compatibility: Wrangler JK/JKU, JL/JLU, Sport, Sahara, Freedom, Rubicon, Unlimited, and Gladiator JT — 2- and 4-door variants (not TJ).
  • Function: remove corroded or worn hinge liners and replace with corrosion-resistant parts for smoother door operation and better alignment.

Installation and use

Door pin guides install by sliding onto the bottom of the hinge pin to extend it. During reassembly, align the guides with the hinge liners, then slowly reinsert the doors for proper seating.
