Overview

Discover the ZHYFC 5 Pack 6 Inch Polishing Pads, a comprehensive detailing kit designed to help you achieve smooth, professional finishes on painted surfaces. This set supports multiple detailing stages, from oxidation removal to gloss finishing, without requiring separate purchases.

What’s inside

• 1 blue heavy polishing pad
• 1 orange light polishing pad
• 1 ultrasoft blue finishing pad
• 2 microfiber buffer pads

Design and durability

The pads feature a hexagonal honeycomb pattern that reduces the chance of scratching while polishing. The design also improves airflow to help dissipate heat and minimize pad wear, aiming for a steadier finish over time.

Color coded detailing stages

Green sponge: removes oxidation and moderate scratches. Yellow sponge: tackles sun damage and swirls. Blue sponge: finishing and waxing for gloss. Microfiber finishing pad: waxing and flare-line removal for a refined look.

Fit, versatility, and use cases

These are 6-inch pads made to fit 5.5-inch backing plates; there are also 6-inch wool pads that fit 5.5- and 6-inch plates. They work with most buffers and are suitable for cars, boats, wood, stone, resin, floors, and furniture.

How to use and care

Pair the pads with your preferred polishes, waxes, sealants, or glazes to support a range of detailing needs. After use, rinse the pads and allow them to air-dry to promote longevity.

Maintenance tips

• Rinse after use and air-dry completely to prolong life
• Store away from direct heat to maintain pad shape
• Regular cleaning helps retain cutting, polishing, and gloss performance
